One of the things I do for wellness is staying active daily. I run for an average of 45 minutes daily and walk around as much as possible. I also eat healthy by reducing the amount of carbohydrates in each meal. Rather I go for vegetables and fruit.
My beauty routine entails moisturizing my skin daily. Other things like getting enough sleep helps as inner beauty which reflects on the outer beauty. I start my daily routine with a face cleanser. Afterwards, I wash my face with facial soap. Followed by face and body lotion to keep my skin hydrated, radiant and healthy.
