Many Ways To Eat Hummus

Hummus taste delicious, creamy and it comes packed with so many nutrients. Hummus eaten with bread is yummy. I love to use hummus as spread on sandwiches, it gives a a burst of heavenly savory goodness in my mouth. Hummus is a great source of protein which contains healthy fats, and calcium. Hummus is a healthy alternative to other usual chip dip. The kids love to have crackers and hummus together. The truth is all chips and crackers taste better when dipped in hummus. Hummus goes nicely with carrots, broccoli, cucumbers. All my favourite vegetables taste better with humus.

    Good article, I always eat Hummus without mixing with other foods. I didn’t know there are other ways in eating it.
