Overtime, I have lived by four principles that has helped me achieve healthy nails.
Here are the tips:
1. I avoid chewing my nails
2. Maintaining a healthy diet
3. Keep my hands clean
4. Use good nail polish
I love to polish my nails on the weekend as a form of self-care, this gives healthy nails and off course a perfectly manicured nail is a confidence booster.
Applying nail polish at home is one of the fun things I do these days. I start by applying a base coat on my nails. Generally, I love using nude colours on my hand nails but go with darker shades on my toe nails. My favourite colours for my hand nails are pink and white.
Good nail polish contains vitamins and conditioners that are great for healthy nails.
Applying nail polish is therapeutic to me.
